"I was given a great opportunity to prove myself. I was able to use ny performance to advance quickly."

"In my Division, I would say that thing I disliked most was the lack of support from our Support Team. People in positions above mine, knew less about what I was supposed to be doing than I did. Communication was terrible. I was held accountable for things, but my decisions were often overrode by people who had no idea what was going on in the field. A company that could be great was driven into the ground by people who were being paid to keep it running. Very Unfortunate."

"Listen to people in the field. Open the lines of communication. Be honest with your employees."

"Some office politics prohibited the company from being a very great place to work, and if asked I would certainly join the team again."

"Senior management felt threatened by outstanding people below them and laid them off and kept less dynamic less qualified people to insure their own job safety. Also, placing division presidents who are bonus-ed based on sales over VP's of mortgage within the division is a recipe for disaster."

"Get the most qualified people to take the company in bold direction forward and cut the dead weight who has led you down the current path."
