What do you like about working at Beaulieu Group?
"Everyone is very friendly and willing to help when they can. They give me some responsibility and pretty much leave it up to me to be successful (small market) - they do not come in very often."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Very good company to work for. A lot of my problems deal with the fact I cover WV and they don't really care about my market (being a small market). I know upper management gets more involved in bigger markets and that can be a plus for smaller markets being they pretty much leave you alone but also a negative in that they don't really look at my situation and back me up on certain deals."
What don't you like about working at Beaulieu Group?
"I can do my job and get sales but others can veto my sale like my boss will not approve price after sale is already complete, credit won't allow sale for one reason or another and when I am on commission that hurts."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Listen more and do common sense things. Territory managers are on the front line and live the day to day battle to get market share only to have upper management veto it and screw everything up. If I make a mistake, then back me up once and tell me where I went wrong and not to do it again; don't just veto the sale and say we can't do that."
"Not a bad job but was in a very slow industry that was hurt by economy."
What do you like about working at Beaulieu Group?
"They give you a lot of freedom to grow your territory."
What don't you like about working at Beaulieu Group?
"Almost no corporate support."
