"I worked for Bear Street Holdings for roughly 7 months. They are a start up holding company focused on the home service industry. My responsibilities were focused on recruiting sales people for their pest control service. I hired over 100 people but unfortunately not many stuck due to the commission only, door to door atmosphere. Bear Street's strengths was providing good leadership but lacked business creativity and structure."
