"Ask questions and research the company before the interview. Stage stores likes for their employees to know about the company and what they have to offer."

"The pay rate was a little low, but it was a small town store so most associates started out at minumun wage."

"Offer training in various departments so employers will have product knowledge of all items sold in the store."

"Talk to other current employees before ever working within its Advertising devisions. If being interviewed for a position, find out the background of your supervisors and see if they would have the skills or knowledge to do your job."

"All upper management in advertising had no advertising experience and were from a retail store management background. Had no idea of advertising production in all advertising medias."

"Contract all advertising out to advertising agencies for quality production and also reduce total costs."
