"High volume practice. Must be able to multitask and handle a large workload. Owners of the practice will relate you to being a duck--calm on the surface, but kicking like crazy under the water. You also must have great memorization skills as you are required to memorize verbiage and adhere to said verbiage. Overall, not terrible if you aren't afraid of work."
