"I worked at B&E Aerospace for nine long agonizing months. I left there in a state of shock by the level of verbal abuse I endured in the clean room! A dirty old man is telling people that he is buying prostitutes and the lead person is overweight and angry at the world. I was verbally assaulted in front of co-workers repeatedly. I was asked if I could read and called an idiot in front of co-workers. When I tried to ask her for help, she often became angry and pushed me off to another employee. I tried to avoid her and her funky mood! A Nightmare on Elm Street!"

"I've worked at B/E Aerospace for 3 years. I've found it to be a competent company, but not nearly aggressive enough to compete in the aerospace interiors market. There's also very little resources at one's disposal to move up in the company. However, since the company is worldwide, there are many opportunities to transfer out of country if one desires."

"I have worked at the B/E aerospace facility at the Winston-Salem location before I worked at the Medley location. The two facilities are very different. The Medley facility seems a bit behind on new technology practices. Being bilingual in Spanish and English is almost a must here. The learning curve is very steep, but there are a lot of good people that are willing to help if asked."

"I've been with B/E Aerospace for 7 years. I've been involved as a key contributor for some of the largest contracts B/E has ever won. The credit and compensation for the successes have been primarily for the shareholders, executive team, and management's year-end bonuses. It seems that for the most part, the goals are for short term gain and not long term growth. Now that the company is up for sale, it looks like the speculators were right."
