"I worked at B&E Aerospace for nine long agonizing months. I left there in a state of shock by the level of verbal abuse I endured in the clean room! A dirty old man is telling people that he is buying prostitutes and the lead person is overweight and angry at the world. I was verbally assaulted in front of co-workers repeatedly. I was asked if I could read and called an idiot in front of co-workers. When I tried to ask her for help, she often became angry and pushed me off to another employee. I tried to avoid her and her funky mood! A Nightmare on Elm Street!"

What do you like about working at B/E Aerospace?

"There's a definite feeling of trust between most of the departments."

"Be honest with your abilities and knowledge and they'll receive you much better."

What don't you like about working at B/E Aerospace?

"The opportunity for growth of position (at least in IT) is limited unless you live around the Corporate Office in NC."

"Trust in your employees to do more instead of restricting them."

"Work is challenging, co-workers are great. I have alot of resources available to me."

"It is a good company to work for, they have great benefits and good opportunities for management / engineers. As far as manufacturing there isn't any room for advancement."

What don't you like about working at B/E Aerospace?

"I don't get the support I need from the Production manager."

"To listen more to the employees on suggestions they may have to better improve the work environment."

"I did like working at B/E I learned so much from my time there. However do to some personal family issues it was a tiem for change."

"There are great people there at B/E."

"The managment system was in constant change so it made it hard to know where to go with issues and was a major cause fo stress."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Talk to you employees if you think that something is wrong then nine times out of ten there is. Also to have an employee suceed in their postion they need to be fully trained."
