"BDI Pharma has been doing business since 1995 but recently has undergone some restructuring over the past several months. While the core goals of the company haven't changed, the overall morale and level of interaction in the office has plummetted. It is no longer the place I arrived at 3 1/2 years ago. However, it is a company that has seen significant growth since its inception 18 years ago. Profit and margin have increased over the years and I believe the company is firm and growing."
