"I had difficulty when senior managers come to me and talk about creating database - I think of database like creating tables; for them, database is software/system/application"

What don't you like about working at BCP International?

"Everything else. their software development methodology is very immature. no documentation; requirements change so often or gathered poorly; quality has no value as far as the company makes money. it is however nice place for recent grad to get their feet wait while looking for other opportunities. as of 2009"
