"Senior management is spread to thin.Some Directors are truely not in touch with there managers as to what's really going on with in there offices and are only able to concentrate on the financials."

"They really need to concentrate more front line training and not just e-learning courses, but hands on training. International , exchanges, automation refresher courses. etc."
