"IBC has a number of systems, processes that are, in my opinion, broken. Management knows what needs to be done to make improvements; however, money is always an issue. As a result, costly work-arounds are frequently used."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Stop spending money on costly consultants who will only tell you what your own management team can tell you. Stop so many meetings, and allow people to do their jobs!"
