"I dislike the highly political atmosphere and group-think mentality within each department. Clicks and alliances are rewarded, while hard-working employees are not valued. There is nearly non-existent unit and/or job-specific training."

"Listen to employee suggestions and concerns. Make yourselves visible in the work environment. Compliment work well-done, and express appreciation and encouragement."
