Construction Manager

"I helped found BC-Builders and was a minority partner and on-site superintendent for 15 years. Was instrumental in directing all on-site construction activities including estimating, scheduling, daily reports, inspections, safety, and bottom-line performance on jobs from 50 units to 476 units in Denver, Colo Springs, Greeley, Longmont, and Summit county. Retired, 2 years ago, but miss the excitement of the industry and am anxious to get back into it with a company that can recognize my attributes and team skills. Excellent at mentoring/training younger superintendents who are eager and willing to learn."
