Supervisor was not interested in what you had to say about a certain credit only that the documents were done not that the items you needed to complete them were not given to you, she would skirt the rules and prepare them and send them out anyway then we would have to fix them after they were signed."

When taking on a new role it can sometimes feel like you're being an inconvenience when trying to learn something or ask questions about it. You're expected to use the very broad channels to figure out solutions. (Looking up solutions yourself on the intranet or calling a hotline which is rarely useful) The benefits are great at BBVA and the company culture is pretty nice. It can often seem like you're just being thrown in the mix and then expectations come later."
