"CEO was dishonest. Spent too much time away from work. Spent too much money on items that didn't matter while neglecting matters/issues that did matter. Lacked integrity and ethics. Will not work for anyone who lacks either."

"Be in the office regularly; working as long or longer than employees. Or whatever it would take to manager and direct operations. Be honest with existing issues. Work with integrity and ethically."
