What do you like about working at BaySys Technologies?
"Location the Eastern Shore of Virginia is a great place. Secure location on NASA base"
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Run,Run,Run. You are expected to work 60+ hours for them and they don't even have the funds to pay you at the end of the week. On more than one occasion we have had to work on credit. Company on it's last legs. Just laid off more than 100 employees, remainder had to take a 20% pay cut."
What don't you like about working at BaySys Technologies?
"Senior/Middle management is lacking in experience. Overall Morale is deplorable. Senior/Middle Managent only views employees as numbers."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Sell the company to someone who knows what they are doing, never apply for a management position again in your life. Ask God to forgive you for your professional ethics."
