"The company is going through financial system integrations and restructuring the accounting department. There were lots of opportunities to make process improvements and gain knowledge of implementing a new ERP system. The staff was great and the accounting management team worked very well together."

"BCM was an decent place to work, but progress was slow due to bureaucracy. AC was often turned off and couldn't be turned on except by building admin, which was unpleasant especially in Houston summers. Not much collaboration with other groups."
