"The company is going through financial system integrations and restructuring the accounting department. There were lots of opportunities to make process improvements and gain knowledge of implementing a new ERP system. The staff was great and the accounting management team worked very well together."

"BCM was an decent place to work, but progress was slow due to bureaucracy. AC was often turned off and couldn't be turned on except by building admin, which was unpleasant especially in Houston summers. Not much collaboration with other groups."

"I’ve worked at Baylor college of medicine for 3 years and they stand strongly to their values. They make sure to treat all patients with kindness and works very hard to maintain positive patient outcomes. At the same time they make sure all faculty and staff are also at their best so the patient and employee have a well rounded experience."

"I've worked for Baylor College of Medicine since 2016. For the most part the company is great to work with. Depending of what project or lab you belong to it might be a bit of a pain to deal with. But overall, if you know your stuff and you contribute enough to your work you should sail by just fine."

"I have worked for BCM for over 7 years. The people are great, the benefits are amazing (including domestic partner coverage and tuition reimbursement for courses pertaining to your position). When looking for a new job, I first looked within the company."
