"Distance, the commute has taken a toll. The mortgage industry has been hit really hard, and ROI has been cut in half."

"I have a great relationship with my manager, I beleive He and Corporate are conducting business the best they can under the constraints of this market. I beleive if their were improvments that could be made at this time, they would have been made."
