"I started here as contracted developer to work on big name client. From the beginning the entire process was unorganized and misunderstood. The company is trying to do digital but is run by people who don't understand digital. The account managers sell projects that are out of the scope of the developers skill set and tell them to figure it out. Then reprimand people when they don't provide work that the company thinks is adequate. They ask a lot and don't give much in return."
