"I've worked with this company for just under 2 years now. Great people who want to help you succeed, however there is a big emphasis on the number of years you have been there. Every year the company does an all expenses paid weekend trip to celebrate its employees, which is nice. One thing to improve one would be work/life balance. You are expected to answer your phone and be available to assist. I have received phone calls/texts at all odd hours of the week."
