"I would love to go back, if another opportunity arose there, so be sure to make sure you are ready to move on before you leave a very good company to work for."

What don't you like about working at Bausch & Lomb?

"I had to work several evenings and weekends to complete my tasks. The tests on some of the equipment needed to be done after the engineers completed the work, which meant late nights and weekends while the engineers weren't there."

"Provide more support to the quality staff to ensure the tests are done per the test scripts and test plan."
