"Don't control your employees; empower and UNLEASH them. Don't be stingy with your vision. Communicate it effectively to bring workers out of fear and into unbridled commitment and loyalty. Widen the scope of your client base beyond the niche market currently targeted (attorneys). Use your email, website, and intellectual properties more skillfully for the Digital Age!"
