"I've been at basys for two years and am still considered relatively "new". I love the work I do and the people I work with directly. The product is challenging but complex and has a big learning curve. Expectations for self-sufficiency out-pace most new hires' abilities and leads to both company and self-induced departures. Employee turnover doesn't shift deadlines b/c it would mean missing billable deliverables. However, that puts more work on remaining staff which in turn makes it difficult to keep pace with customer demand. Burn out rate is high."
