"In comparison to the market, you can earn a higher starting salary at nearly any recruiting agency. You don't earn a $40,000 salary until you reach billing of 500k and that has to be within 6 months which a majority of the staff do not meet. If I start for the year and I'm not earning my yearly salary until 8 months in I'm basically being undercut on pay which I could be earning from the beginning at another position. Their incentives also don't really equal out either as their bill rates are notoriously low."
