"Health benefits were terrible and cost an arm and a leg. In addition, the politics of working at B-W were brutal (lots of back stabbing). Also, virtually nobody ever got a positive review even if you were the most competent Engineer and dedicated upwards of 70 hours a week to completing your assigned projects."

"Benchmark the company against others in the industry and stop driving your employees to leave."
