"Company underpays their technicians and they are very unprofessional on the phone not all of them but the most of them. They say they are a woman based company but their tech control are in Albania and most of them a new to the IT field. The tech control supervisor been doing this work for short period of time and if you tell him he doing it wrong he will give you a no pay and want contact when you file a complaint. Gave the field engineer the emails and everything showing I did three hours of work and the tech control supervisor would not process my pay because his people couldn’t get their end to work."

"I've been with Barrister since 2009 and from what I could tell you is: 1) the company used to be responsible, and 2) the pay was much better then now. Right now the company has become sloppy with their contracts, the personal in the shipping department keeps messing up the orders, overall customer satisfaction has shot down to the ground, and the worst of it is the HP affiliates. HP simply has the worst track record for both the customer and the on sit tech. I've been ripped off by HP multiple times!"
