"I feel I am limited to growth opportunity based on sales support, training, developement, advancement, and management. They are a family owned business which is a plus and negative. We have to work around antiquated systems and have very limited access to patient data and outcomes to share with our referral sources."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Take time to listen to your sales team. These are the individuals who know the territory best and will do whatever it takes to bring in the business. However, a sales agent is powerless without the full support and all around effort of operations to make the sale come full circle."
