"Be very sure about what youwant and what is takes to get there, in documentation if you can,,as a way of a growth chart, and where you fit in with that, to meet your ultimate goal."

"The executive managers were not real sure where the company and how the company was going to grow, and it caused confusion."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The company needs a more defined strategy for growth, as well as one that they would also follow."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Ask about HR Divisions. Company HR is in San Francisco. Retail HR is in Columbus - at least for now. Constant change in HR, Operations, Payroll. Cannot possibly keep up with changes."

What don't you like about working at Bare Escentuals?

"Unethical Company. Growth has not been a benefit to its' employees. Retention is lost. No loyalty from employees, no HR Support. Too much turnaround at the top. Changes do not match growth. Economy dictates a constant change in hours worked for employees, no consistent income. BONUS is never paid out because HR assures that every Mgr and Employee is at least on one Written Notice, which curtails BONUS payout."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"If you are a thinking manager this is not the place for you. No creative abilities are noticed."
