"I loved the customers and the products we were selling. I also had a great team under me that was very interested in our products and services. My staff was very dedicated to the success of the team and the store. We won some awards within the company and had a high level of pride based on our contributions to the company and our customers."

"Barbeques Galore is unlike any other retailer. Retail experience will help, but an overall passion for outside entertaining is what will really help you succeed."
What don't you like about working at Barbeques Galore?
"The management kept trying to implement processes that were not relevant to impacting our business in a positive way. They rolled out a new training program that was very expensive both in money and in time that was outdated by the time it was released to the stores."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Listen to the stores. The people who deal directly with our products, vendors, and customers will tell you what is best for the company."
