"I liked telecommuting, independence to direct myself and accomplish my own work, the benefits/pension were adequate and it was easy to get time off."

"Great place to begin your career, don't telecommute, and get to know LOTS of people."

What don't you like about working at Bank of America?

"The hot potato mentality was prolific. Change was constant. It appeared as if the company had no direction whatsoever. Planned layoffs were quarterly and performance reviews were irrelevant."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I have no advice. The gap between management and front line workers is about as big as sea level and 37,000 ft."
