"The exposure to various technologies. Over the years at the bank, I have been exposed to various aspects of software development. I got an excellent chance to work with members from other departments who are not predominantly a development group."

"The drive to experiment with new methodologies and technologies. Considering that it is a Fortune 500 company this may be one of the reasons why they don't want to implement them as they may be expensive."

"Encourage more research and development in the software development arena."
