"I've been at Bank Of America for 15 months now and as I do like my job, the ability to move up from my role is very slim. My position is constantly changing in how it is done and graded by corporate, so it makes it difficult to know how well you are doing your job compared to their standards. Also we are very limited on our ability to apply to other positions in the company, seeing as we are not allowed internet access or email through our work computers which we use to apply for them."
