"It's a well known bank and the atmosphere and growth within. On-hands training, learning new skills and being able to get assistant/help from depts. to get work done."

"Every job opportunity is a challenge. Look at it as a retired place to work and when given the opportunity, do your best at it an be honest in what you do. It's not a place just to hang out at. Be serious about the job given."

What don't you like about working at Bank of America?

"I wished that they never shipped all of our work to India. It was lots of people out of jobs and especially seeing others being there for so long and losing their pension."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Every company has their own set rules of policies/regulations. Hire employees to your needs/expectations of getting the job done."
