"To stay up to speed on your work accomplishment and do not let time slip away from you."

"There was 2 shifts involved. I had to leave in a rush due to other shift coming in."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"To allow time between shifts. We should not have to rush during time to go home."

"Contract workers are treated as sub employees and have stability. It's like a corporate version of apartheid. It takes a certain kind of mentality to work there and thrive."

What don't you like about working at Bank of America?

"The people are immature and mean. The average age in my group was 28 and I felt like it was in an episode of Mean Girls. The manager went out of her way to make me feel unwelcome and the other women followed suit. It was hell."

"I don't know what I would tell management, as I feel the problem starts with management."

"Countrywide was also a good learning experience, however the company was purchased and my division was closed."

"I did not like their outdated computer systems and programs. It would take thorough knowledge of three different systems just for a single loan processed and closed."

"Streamline and upgrade computers and programs."
