"Bank of America is a wonderful company. The benefits and work environment are great. Every year there is an associate survey that the leaders really respond to. I am leaving due to a layoff, which is not unusual in this industry. This is the 4th company I have worked for that has closed an office where I work. It is unfortunate, but not unexpected with the current economy. I still plan on keeping my bank accounts open. I would recommend working for Bank of America."
