"I have worked at Bank of Montreal for 1 year and 5 months as a Senior Operations Analyst. My department employs close to 30 people overall across 4-5 groups. People are very professional and experts in their field. Not only are respectful, but they are also resourceful if they are needed for any type of help. It's an awesome place to create connections that will last a lifetime and to accumulate experience that will give you great opportunities to come in the future."

"BMO is a great company to work for but I had trouble moving up due to promises that were not kept, company policies that restricted you from finding a career in your field and unachievable expectations they expected. BMO does have a great co-op program for high school and university students still in school but I do not recommend starting as a Customer Service Representative."
