"every coin has two sides and B.O.B. was no exception to it.no constant policies framed/decided for Transfers/promotions/overseas postings etc.it changed everytime to suit the needs of Higher ups,Unions.Despite having good H.R.M.policies the H.R.M.people didn,t allow it to work in its real prespective.sentimental values of humanbeings are ignored./."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Policies on Transfers/Promotions be fixed and continued for long period and should be Transperent.Branch Head/Managers be given more weightage for Promotions.Business targets be given looking to the geographical locations/its business components of the Branch and not in haphazard manner."
