"This is a toxic work environment. I can't count the number of times I worked from 9 am until 3 or 4 am with no recognition or thanks. The benefits are good but the burnout factor is high. Not to mention half the company was laid off 2 months ago in a 2 minute Zoom call. Amazing people though."

"Amazing people, but the company culture is complicated. Everyone in engineering can attest to how many times they've gotten to work at 9 am and stayed until 3 am."

"Through my time at Banjo was cut short by the effects of COVID-19 pandemic, I believed in the mission since day one. That is why I went there. It is a fast-paced environment and always something to do. The people there were top-notch, willing to help any way they could. I hope that they recover and continue with their great work and be successful in the coming years because the technology they were developing is top-notch. It is hard for others to understand unless you have worked with the technology first hand, but it is for the greater good while protecting people's privacy."
