"I hope you like banking! It's great for some people just not me"
What don't you like about working at BancorpSouth?
"No training in my position. No increased pay for additional responsibilities. Work doesn't suit me so I look for extra projects to help with. Manager expects me to do parts of his job that he should be doing. Manager tells me I should know how to do things even though he doesn't have time to train me and can't point me in the right direction to get the training I should've gotten a year ago"
