What do you like about working at Banana Republic?

"I liked the clothing, environment, customers, and associates. Gap Inc. was the first company I worked for who included same sex partners in the benefits package. I was very green to this, but I soon realized that the company was geared towards accommodating, recruiting, and promoting individuals who lived a gay lifestyle. There was a company saying that GAP stands for Gay And Proud. I had no problem with this, as I'm a very open-minded person, who is accepting of all people regardless of race, sex or sexual preference, religion, etc. To each his own."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Just be friendly, outgoing, and customer service oriented. Present yourself as a business professional who is open to working in a diverse cultural environment."

What don't you like about working at Banana Republic?

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I worked at BR a long time ago. I'm sure they've made lots of improvements by now. Gap Inc. has continued to grow by leaps and bounds."
