"Since August 2012, Banamex USA as part of Citigroup, enter on a Consent Order. A year ago, a new management team was appointed to remediate the problems. Since then, the bank has paused all businesses (income) and hired three different consulting firms to detect risks. After a year, no risk has been found. During this last year my role has been to detect and prevent reputational issues and to deal with the media. Not my desirable kind of professional growth."
