"The job was not bad, and the boss was alright as well. However, lacked overall organization and proper support. Inherited business and managed by someone who was running his own company at the same time which, at times tended to create problems for the supervisor as he had to make decisions beyond his scope of work. Although,with some delays proper tools and equipment was always provided to accomplish the job. the company accomplishes the projects it takes on; although at greater cost."
