"On the surface, working within the SQA group at Bally Technologies was a positive experience. The hours were rarely more than 40 a week. The problems began to appear when I began to show examples of my ability to do a great deal more than I was getting paid for. When I began to show examples of automation and programming abilities, creating new tools and expressing the desire to create even more on an official basis, I was welcomed with great promises. There were all false promises and I quit."
