"I've worked for Bally Technologies now for slightly over a year and the company is a very good company however the division I work in is fairly new and doesn't have the mid level leadership that is most likely needed. Great culture and Executive management but very few tools and training available to grow and learn more."

"I worked at Bally Technologies from 12/2006 to January 2014. Very nice co-workers and interesting technology. Good benefits. Very active in Lean manufacturing and people are encouraged to participate in Kaizen events."

"Bally definitely gives you chances to advance and to excel yourself. While to some day-to-day may seem chaotic or unorganized, in the end everything has been well though. I would definitely recommend Bally even for the most experienced."

"Bally Engineering has good Engineering talent, but lousy management"

What do you like about working at Bally Technologies?

"Close to my house and the checks they write don't bounce."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Interview with IGT instead."

What don't you like about working at Bally Technologies?

"The management, at least in the development goup, are unorganized. They base development deadlines on shows and financial reports instead letting development take the time it needs to complete a quality product. So, the product get's rushed, product specs get modified half a dozen times and the quality is so poor (since we never have time to do a thorough test), that it takes thousands of man hours of support and bug fixing installations that should not have gone live yet."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Fire them all and hire people that understand development and can coordinate with sales so that developers are NEVER under a time crunch, because management promised something that can not be delivered in the time period THEY promised."
