"The Ozark, AR plant's management from shift supervisors to the plant manager show extreme favoritism. They don't care about their employees' well being, they only want their numbers and that's no matter at what cost. Would not recommend this employer to anyone unless you want to be stuck working 2nd or 3rd shift for your career, as it is impossible to obtain a first shift job. Also wouldn't recommend this employer due to the lack of leadership this company."
