"While this company has an incredible platform of 39 stores, longevity, and social media following, the corporate leaders are by far the worst I have ever encountered in my career. All of the directors begin their day in a bad mood and make it clear they are too good for anyone below their status. That attitude trickles down to the customer service and food quality in the stores. There is a reason why yelp reviews are so poor. Nobody seems to know what they are doing or care, rather they just continue to add menu items hoping to save a dying business. There are so many examples I could give from the very poor leadership to the HR Director yelling at her kid on the phone constantly with her door open but if you happen to apply for this company or even patron the business please do so at your own risk."
