"My supervisor was in one department and the majority of my assigned work was in another department, conflict was continuous."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Place employees under the management and departments that they are utilized in and have enthusiasm in to receive their best efforts. Eliminate conflict between job assignments and the department managers to avoid putting the employee in a frustrating position between them."

"less pay, job insecurity, management will put lots of pressure, senior engineers will not help you, and their HR specialist is nice only up to hiring; subsequently, her will be alien to you."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Go get an MBA and learn some management skills."

"There was not enough attention to new program development efforts for the position to be effective. Most employees are too busy getting their own work done to have time to talk with in-house developers."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"When the time comes to review software development strategy, make sure there is a legitimate, long-term need for another in-house developer. Otherwise, it will be best to hire temporary developers on contracts."
