"Great user community - they respond well to people who come to perform their tasks and take responsibility. Since it is a law firm, the primary objective of staff members is to aid the attorneys in best performing their role effectively and efficiently. If you are not comfortable doing that, don't work there. Otherwise, the rewards are tremendous as the leadership (managing partner and practice group leaders) and the partners and associates are great to work with. It is a professional environment and does not use cutting edge technology. However, the firm does invest in people and offer opportunities. The IT area, outside of the trainers, is weak, lax in support and responsibility and makes it harder for everyone to get their job done. Help Desk - outsourced - is also weak."
