What do you like about working at BA Insight?
"BA Insight was a small company that had a great team spirit and work ethic. I loved that fact that it was a small company and we were all fighting to make if successful."

"It is a nice company overall with some great people."
What don't you like about working at BA Insight?
"The company was trying to do too much at once and lacked focus. This led to incomplete documentation, poor product releases and lower customer satisfaction. The resulting lower revenue meant that the investors were not happy and there were several rounds of layoffs."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would suggest taking a slower more methodical approach to growth. Make sure that what you are selling is as complete as possible including functionality, documentation, support and marketing. I understand the desire to become a hyper growth company growing at 70% + a year and sell for an 8x multiple but the growth needs to be organic, not forced."
