"As a contractor it would have been inappropriate for me to express my concerns to upper management. Plus it was well known amongst the workers that to do so would have negative ramifications."
"My first year I was Rookie of the Year, fourth year Salesman of the Year, Aesculap split my territory by 2/3s without justification. I continued to excell, signing the Largest PCMI(Procedural Cost Managment System) contract for 2007, B Braun reorganized Aesculap and my position was eliminated as a cost savings measure."

"I loved selling in an Operating Room Environment. I really had a great group of customers. I like the ability to make an income based on my performance."

"Convince them that your past successes would be reproduced in your new position."

"I didn't appreciate the degree to which they verbally obused me at times, the loads of work I was assigned to do over weekends, evenings and holidays."
